## 1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 13+ (or local minimum age).
- You are responsible for your Apple ID and device security.
- We may suspend/terminate for fraud or abuse.

## 2) Acceptable Use
- Do not bypass cooldowns, server-time checks, or country locks.
- No bots, scripts, VPN manipulation, or automated abuse.
- Fraud may lead to loss of points, prizes, or account access.

## 3) Rewards & Giveaways
### 3.1 General
- Points are a **promotional feature with no cash value**.
- Points cannot be purchased with real money.
- Rewards and giveaways may vary by **country tier**; requirements are shown in-app.
- Apple Inc. is **not a sponsor, nor involved** in any rewards or giveaways.
- All prizes are sourced independently by us.
### 3.2 Giveaways
- **Entry Cost**: Varies by country tier, displayed in-app.
- **Draw Trigger**: A drawing occurs each time **3,000 eligible entries** are reached (or as scheduled otherwise).
- **Odds**: Depend on number of entries in that draw.
- **Eligibility**: Global availability may vary by prize type and local law. Monetary gift cards may be region-limited. Void where prohibited.
- **Official Rules**: Eligibility, odds, prize delivery, and dispute procedures are detailed here. Local law overrides if stricter.
### 3.3 Fulfillment
- Prizes are delivered by **e-mail** to the redemption e-mail provided.
- You must respond within a reasonable period or the prize may be forfeited.
- Taxes, import duties, or fees are your responsibility.
- Large-value prizes may require additional verification.
- Fraud review may delay or cancel delivery.

## 4) Account & Data Deletion
- Settings → Account → Delete Account. Permanent; points, entries, streaks, and pending rewards are lost.
- Minimal records may be retained for fraud prevention or compliance.
- If an investigation is ongoing, deletion may be paused until resolved.
